Every year, Jaguar Land Rover recognises and honours its top retailers for their exceptional customer service and performance. The annual awards comprise of several categories, including Sales, Customer Service and Marketing awards.


Retailers are scored based on a set of comprehensive metrics which are tracked throughout the preceding year. The grand prize, the Retailer of the Year award, measures the combined performance and efforts of all departments across the retailer.


Indera Motors Sdn Bhd was awarded the prestigious ‘Retailer of the Year’ award in Asia Pacific Group ‘B’ for the 2019/2020 year. In the same year, Indera Motors Sdn Bhd was also awarded the ‘Marketing Team of the Year’.


The following year, Indera Motors Snd Bhd was once again awarded the ‘Marketing Team of the Year’ in Asia Pacific Group ‘B’. The retailer was also awarded the ‘Marketing Excellence Award of the Year’ for Social Media Marketing in Asia Pacific for the year 2020/2021.


Indera Motors Sdn Bhd is committed to delivering world-class service to its customers. In the coming year, Indera Motors is looking to expand its product portfolio to include electric vehicles, in line with Jaguar Land Rover’s global electrification strategy ‘Reimagine’.
